The Aston Martin Residences, in downtown Miami, is almost finished. The incredible 66-story building at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Way completed its tallest story this week, according to a statement from the Lucho car brand.

The skyscraper has already sold 80% of its 391 units and its completion is scheduled for the end of 2022.

Aston Martin Lagonda and Argentine developer G&G Business Developments kicked off the project in 2016, acquiring the 1.25-acre riverfront land for $ 125 million in 2014.

Units range from a 1,100-square-foot two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo for roughly $ 2 million, to a 3,300-square-foot four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath unit costing about $ 4 million.

One of the great attractions of the condo is that the owners will not only receive the keys to the apartment, but also an Aston Martin SUV, valued at about $ 176,900, or a 2020 Aston Martin DB11 of $ 250,600.

Aston Martin Residences offers more than the usual amenities, like a pool and spa, and includes a private superyacht marina, an art gallery, and 24-hour butler service. Residents will live in the second tallest building in Miami.

The fully residential Aston Martin reaches 817 feet, below the nearby residential and office tower Panorama Tower, which is 867 feet, including the top of the building.
