Champlain Towers South, in Surfside, Miami, collapsed in the early morning of June 24, and yet almost six months later, the units continue to appear on the Internet for sale or rent by real estate agency HQ Realty.

Among the six listings – five for sale and one for rent – for the former 12-story oceanfront property include one for a $ 3.1 million four-bedroom penthouse and a $ 915,000 ocean-facing unit.

Those who lost loved ones in the landslide are calling for the company to remove the ads, as other responsible websites immediately did.

“It is very painful and totally disgusting to see how some Miami realtors take advantage of the dead and continue to market the properties where so many died to make more sales and get more website clicks,” Martin Langesfeld told Newsweek .

She lost her sister Nicole Langesfeld and her husband, Luis Sadovonic, who had moved into an apartment on the eighth floor of the tower a few months before the collapse.
