You can find everything you need on purchase-and-sale websites. Proof of this is the advertisements that can be found on the Russian platform Avito. The website, which occasionally displays a wide range of ads, has this time published an offer from a woman from the Russian city of Novosibirsk who decided to sell her cat called I-Level Vincet, which “fulfills wishes” as a lamp genie, according to rt.

But you have to take something into account: wishes do not come for free. The owner asks for 10 million rubles (about $128,000) for her pet -a price that seems adequate for someone capable of fulfilling three wishes of any kind- or 2,000 rubles ($25) just for looking at the cat.
The woman discovered Vincent’s miraculous abilities by pure chance. “I needed a place to live, and one day, I said to Vincent jokingly, ‘Fulfill my wish,’ and practically the next day I realized that everything was going to come true,” said Yelena. “You can feel immediately that the events are starting to take the necessary course, and within a month, I had the apartment,” she told the Komsomolskaya Pravda (KP) newspaper.
The owner of the “miracle” cat didn’t specify how she got her new home, but the important thing is that right after the ‘request,’ the money flowed so much that Yelena managed to buy one more floor, and then a car.
She believes that Vincent inherited the magical gift from his mother, Octaviante Lolita, who “was like a real witch, black as coal.” They bought him in 2011 when he was nine months old, and since then, he has been living with Yelena’s family for nine years now.
Why did you decide to sell that real treasure if it is really as magical as you say? As he explained, the cat only fulfills three wishes, and his family has already exhausted their ‘quota,’ so now he wants Vincent to make more people happy. “We try to make a fourth wish, and it doesn’t come up. But if Vincent has a mission like that, let him move on to the next owner and keep fulfilling it because that’s great,” she said.
