For those visiting Walt Disney World in Orlando, the use of the mask will be optional starting Thursday, February 17.

According to the posting on the Walt Disney World Resort website, guests who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will no longer be required to wear a mask indoors, such as attractions and theaters.

However, face coverings are still required for guests two years and older on resort transportation such as buses, the monorail, and the Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status.

The masking mandate for indoor areas of the complex was enforced at the end of July 2021. With the exception that masks were optional in outdoor areas.
