Houston police continue to collect information about what caused the fatal events during rapper Travis Scott’s performance at the Astroworld festival.

Investigators indicated Monday that they will review the security barriers, which were used in the event, which was held at NRG Park in the Texas city and had a fatal outcome, in which eight people died.

The Houston police also reported that they hope to review the security videos, which were in the Astroworld , to elucidate what was the reason why the attendees ended up crowded on stage.

Billy Nasser, 24, traveled from Indianapolis to attend the festival, to see his favorite artists.

But 15 minutes after the rapper Travis Scott got on the stage of the astroworld everything became confusing, as the young man commented in his story to the police.

Since Saturday thousands of people have come to NRG Park, where they have left flowers and messages of encouragement to the families of the deceased.

The authorities indicated that thirteen people were still hospitalized this Monday and their health status was not disclosed.

Officials explained that one of the things they will examine is how the area around the stage was designed, to see what the distribution of people was like in NRG Park.
