A North Miami Beach Dunkin Donuts tops the list of places closed by inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation last week.
All the places mentioned were authorized to reopen after a cleaning and re-inspection order, Local10 reported .
“The sale was ordered closed due to the food not being in a safe and wholesome condition. More than 6 live flying insects were observed on various donuts and bagels at the service window. The ice machine was noted to have a build up of black/green mold-like substance.”

More than 6 live flying insects have been observed on various donuts and cupcakes by the service window. Over 40 small flies were observed flying around and at rest in the dry storage area adjacent to the kitchen. Small flies observed in a small fly trap, on the outside of an open or brown sugar bag, bags of potato starch, flour, and sugar, in boxes of single-service items, and on walls and shelves in the area. 2. Observed more than 10 small flies on the sill walls leading to the dry storage area. 3. Observed 5 small flies on dry foods, including canned vegetables and boxes of single-service items on a kitchen shelf. Four.
